1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using Bob Payments, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use the service. These terms apply to merchants, account members, and invited users.

2. Service Description

Bob Payments is a payment orchestration and monitoring platform for PIX. It provides:

• Multiple payment gateway integrations through one API
• Smart routing and automatic failover between providers
• Hosted and customizable checkout
• Transaction reconciliation and exportable reports
• Webhook, Telegram, email, and push notifications
• Fraud-prevention tools, risk lists, velocity limits, and blocks

3. Registration and Account

To use the service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide true, accurate, and complete information
• Keep your access credentials confidential
• Promptly report unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for activity by members and guests you add to your account

4. Plans and Payments

Plans, limits, and transaction fees are shown before purchase.

• Subscriptions are securely processed by Stripe
• Usage above a plan limit may result in additional agreed charges
• Non-payment may lead to billing restrictions and suspended features

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or money-laundering activities
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Intentionally overload the infrastructure or bypass usage limits
• Share API keys with unauthorized third parties
• Reverse engineer the service or exploit vulnerabilities
• Infringe intellectual-property rights

6. User Content

You may upload images, files, checkout branding, and data lists used to configure risk rules. You represent that you have the rights and legal basis required to use that content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law.

• You own or are authorized to use the content you submit
• You have the required consent or legal basis for third-party data
• You remain responsible for the content and data you upload

7. Copyright and Removal

If you believe content on the platform infringes your rights, contact us at privacy@bob.company with the work identified, the location or URL, your contact details, and a good-faith statement.

8. Integrations and API

You are responsible for your credentials, integrations, webhook endpoints, and the legality of transactions processed through connected providers. Keep API keys private and follow the technical documentation and applicable provider rules.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bob Payments is not responsible for:

• Actions or outages of third-party gateways and providers
• Temporary unavailability of the service
• Losses caused by your credentials, configuration, or unlawful use
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the platform, comply with law, investigate abuse, or address non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to outstanding payment obligations.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new revision date. Continued use after publication means that you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Mandatory consumer protections and other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law remain unaffected.
